MEET THE DIRECTOR
Coach Price graduated from Bolivar Central High School in 2012. He is no stranger to success. In middle school, he played in two state basketball championship games. He became a state CHAMPION during his 7th grade year, and Coach Price was named team MVP during his 8th grade year. He also competed in Bolivar's first ever appearance at the middle school cross country state meet and was awarded team MVP during his 8th grade year. In high school, Coach Price competed for a state title three times. He once again became a state CHAMPION while adding All-District and All-Region awards to his list of accolades. During his junior and senior years, he led his team in three-point field goal percentage and three-pointers made. Coach Price also competed in Bolivar Central's first ever appearance at the state cross country meet during his freshman season. Although Coach Price departed from the game of basketball during his undergraduate studies, his love for the game has remained solid. During his final two years at Middle Tennessee State University, he was blessed with an opportunity to become the assistant basketball coach at Black Fox Elementary School. Coach Price’s love to give back to the next generation is unending, and that desire to see young people succeed and grow in their love for sports is what fueled him to organize ALPHALETES N TRAINING! Coach Price knows what it takes to plan, lead, communicate, and execute on multiple playing fields. He can't wait to teach his young athletes to do the same!

THE PHILOSOPHY
Belief and effort go hand in hand. If you believe in your potential to get better and grow as an athlete, we trust that you can achieve anything you put your mind to and your effort in. But, before you may succeed and grow in your talents, you must first learn to PLAN accordingly. Every great coach, player, and team values the beauty of planning, and so do we. When you learn the importance of planning, you may then begin executing a plan and seeing the fruits of your labor. To do this, you must learn how to take initiative and LEAD with confidence. But, one can't be a productive leader without the proper skills and tools to COMMUNICATE effectively and efficiently. Effective communication is a skill learned through a series of drills and strategies that are to be implemented at home, at practice, and in the game. Once you learn to plan, to lead, and to communicate, the only step left is to EXECUTE! These four cornerstones are what separate the weak from the strong; the great from the average; and, most importantly, the ALPHAS from the Betas. We're here to make sure each trainee will not only believe in this philosophy but also live by it day to day, on and off the field.
